What a year it’s been for UpKeep! In addition to the unveiling of Asset Operations Management, we’ve also led the way in numerous industry reports. Today we’re looking back on some of our notable accolades while looking forward to the year ahead.
In the last 10 years, several cloud-based vendors have emerged to capture the approximately $4 billion annual global market for CMMS and EAM software. However, none have yet captured meaningful market share or have solved the big problem plaguing asset-intensive industries.
The problem is maintenance teams need a mission-critical solution to run their business and earn a seat at the revenue table, but legacy tools can’t keep up.
UpKeep’s Asset Operations Management solution solves this problem by:
Employing an ecosystem approach.
Being intuitive for every technician to use.
Bridging the gap between maintenance and operations through comprehensive, company-wide analytics.
Designing purpose-built tools for the maintenance and operations leader.
With Asset Operations Management, UpKeep gives maintenance, operations, and reliability teams the tools and information they need to run efficiently and effectively. This solution allows dynamic, asset-intensive companies to scale, while optimizing the things that matter most like productivity and spend.
Perhaps one of the most exciting announcements of the year was UpKeep’s positioning as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide SaaS Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Applications 2021 Vendor Assessment.
IDC MarketScape is the information and communications technology industry’s leading vendor assessment tool, providing in-depth quantitative and qualitative technology market assessments of information and communications technology vendors for a wide range of technology markets.
In the IDC MarketScape report, IDC outlined three of UpKeep’s strengths: mobility, user interface, and customer engagement.
“UpKeep invested in native mobile development to create consumer-grade user experiences for technicians,” says Juliana Beauvais, research manager, Enterprise Asset Management and Smart Facilities. “Thus its application is designed to be easy to use, without sacrificing core capabilities.”
Our most recent accolades come from G2. In early December, UpKeep was named the Momentum Leader in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and a Leader in CMMS, Asset Performance Management (APM), Asset Management, and Asset Tracking with G2. We’re the only Asset Operations Management platform that’s a leader in all categories.
According to G2, a product’s Momentum score is calculated by an algorithm that factors in social, web, employee, and review data that G2 has deemed influential in a company’s momentum. With a Momentum score of 80, UpKeep is ranked higher than companies such as IBM, Infor, and SAP.
In October, UpKeep was named a FrontRunner for Preventive Maintenance Software by Software Advice. FrontRunners is published on Software Advice, the leading online service for businesses navigating the software selection process.
FrontRunners evaluates verified end-user reviews and product data, positioning the top scoring products based on Usability and Customer Satisfaction ratings. Only products that earn top user ratings make the cut as FrontRunners. With an overall rating of 4.65/5 stars, UpKeep is well-reviewed by users.
In June, UpKeep was recognized as a Customers’ Choice in the June 2021 Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’: Enterprise Asset Management Software. The Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice is a recognition of vendors in this market by verified end-user professionals, taking into account both the number of reviews and the overall user ratings.
With 82 reviews and an overall rating of 4.5, UpKeep has a higher overall rating than other companies such as IBM, Infor, Oracle, and SAP.
Another notable recognition in October came from Capterra. It was announced that UpKeep had been named a top CMMS software product by Capterra. Capterra Shortlist is an independent assessment that evaluates user reviews and online search activity to generate a list of market leaders in the CMMS space that offer the most popular solutions.
With a Popularity Score of 48/50, and a Ratings Score of 48/50, UpKeep is a Top Performer in the report. According to Capterra, Top Performers are the highest scoring products in both popularity and user ratings.
All of our accolades from 2021 show that we’re uniquely positioned to tackle the future of maintenance, operations, and reliability with Asset Operations Management. Thank you to all of our customers for supporting us on this journey! We’re excited for what 2022 has in store for us.
